So when I receive the wrong items I know it's completely on them choosing to go against what the order says. On multiple occasions they have forgotten items as well. Today I ordered online and got the Greek yogurt Waffle Bowl with bananas, peanutbutter and Nutella. But instead I received a Greek Waffle Bowl with strawberries with no peanut butter or Nutella. They also forgot my ginger shots. This is the 3rd time I've had issues with this location.

Today there were 4 people in the store not counting employees 3 had ordered already and were waiting. I placed my order for 1 smoothie and didn't get it for 20 minutes. The employees seem to have no sense of urgency for orders and take time talking with each other rather than completing an order and moving to the next.
