Everyone is so kind and seems genuinely happy when we come in, both with the customers and their fellow teammates. Tonight’s team included Gabe, Katelyn, Lindsey and Jakai. Felt bad because it was late and they made us feel welcome and like we could enjoy ourselves despite the time. Also note that we were there 30 minutes before close not like 5 minutes. Thanks for always providing great service y’all! We appreciate ya! Oh and the food is always good too, lol!

I come here about 2X a month and they have my, order down pat and it’s kinda a hard one. They are always cheerful and the service is fast. Given the busyness of the place. Appreciate everything they do. It’s a great team that’s working there.

I had the bacon cheeseburger with lettuce & pickles with Cajun fries. The lettuce was non existent, 1 butt end of a pickle & 2 crumbles of bacon that I didn’t know were there until about halfway through eating the burger. My fries weren’t Cajun at all, just overly seasoned/salted to the point I couldn’t even eat them. The fry sauce couldn’t even tame the saltiness.. probably the last time I’ll eat here.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
