  I have a friend that likes to eat at Dairy Queen. I pick him up lunch or dinner from there a couple times a week. Last time I went there I decided I would try it too so I ordered the two for five hamburgers and the chicken strip basket that he wants. They only gave me one cheeseburger. I went back through the drive-through and told them about it. The manager refused to listen to me. She told me I got what I paid for and she’s not going to give me free food. I told her that’s not what I ordered. They must’ve punched it in wrong. She said well you got what the receipt says I’m not gonna give you free food. Honestly I couldn’t even talk to the woman. She was very rude and very ignorant. I wasn’t there for free food. I was there to get what I ordered. Management there is terrible. Hopefully no one else has to deal with that lady.

  I went to grab a cake Friday night for my daughter. I asked the girl at the counter if she could write on it, she said yes! When she brought it back out and the writing was terrible. It looked like a kindergartener had written on it, and you could tell she had already scraped it off once. If your employees are not capable of writing on a cake, please let tell them to say no. I was more than happy to go grab a little sign at Walmart that says happy birthday. I didn’t ask for a refund because it was the only Oreo cake you had, so I went home and attempted to fix it. Again, I don’t want this happening to someone else, so please train your employees to just say no, our cake decorated isn’t working.

  Chicken was a little too overcooked and hard to bite through, everything else was good :)
