So I’m not sure if they don’t want work or what but maybe DQ should hire better employees. Or fix their signs at least. Not to impressed but it matches the town vibes perfectly.

My husband tried to tell the girl at the window what kind of ice cream cone it was but she slammed it in his face while he was talking. We tried to pay for the random ice cream cone she brought us but she was annoyed and told us to leave. Their customer service sucks more & more every time we go.

I wanted to try 1 queso dipping sauce for my chicken strips as my sauce. We ordered 2 meals and received 4 queso sauces and was charged a $1.00 a piece, when I only wanted the 1 free sauce. Order was not read back to me.
