Had to wait 30 minutes longer than our original takeout order time. 7 workers mostly standing around with nothing to do. 4 takeout orders waiting for food. Smooth. The food was then wrong and had to wait another 20 minutes to get mediocre food.

I told them I should go somewhere else that has ingredients. I then noticed because of this that my bowel was half the size as usual and I mentioned that and the worked said yeah, sorry. Then we noticed that the online order station had all these ingredients they were “out of”. It’s a shame that online orders take presidents over customers that come into the store looking for good service too. So have the size as usual and missing key ingredients and still cost 33$. Pretty crappy customer service.

LNov 5, 20251.0ordered food and my bowls were completely wrong and the food i ordered for me and my mom were literally all mixed up missing half of my items and she couldn’t eat it because the items that were put into it that weren’t supposed to be in it were to spicy for her and i paid extra for multiple items and didn’t even get them or if i did it was about 1% of anything in there extremely unsatisfied
