I had JEREMY as my server and he was AMAZING. you could tell he had a very stressful day and yet he was so kind and helpful even after WE goofed up and messed up with the bill.(we forgot to do our points and redeem for the food) Jeremy was so helpful and if possible I fully believe he deserves a raise. We come here pretty often and he is always awesome

The service is horrible, these people in this place don't want to work, they start talking for 45 minutes and you wait for them to serve you with a very ugly attitude. The food is delicious but they need to work on better service and train the staff.

I had some confusion with an order. And the night manger who answered the phone was insanely rude and made everything truly uncomfortable and rude. I get that it’s late and I was going out of my way to not be difficult. But she went out of her way to make me feel so bad for even tryinh to place an order and then made it so mean I didn’t even place a new order.

To be honest, this was the worst takeout experience ever.
I ordered plain salt and vinegar wings — no sauce. I’m addicted to salt and vinegar anything, so I was really looking forward to them.
I picked up the order and brought them to work. There were over 30 wings because I wanted to share with my coworkers.
They were completely bland. No taste of salt. No vinegar. Nothing. On top of that, they were so dry and overcooked it was unreal.
I was so embarrassed I almost had to offer my flip flops to my coworkers because those wings were dry as hell.
Super disappointing.

This place seems to promote their beer more than their food, which sets certain expectations before you arrive. However, once you get to the restaurant the beer ordering comes with very strict restrictions that aren’t clearly communicated beforehand. It makes the experience a bit confusing/awkward and doesn’t match the way the place is advertised. I’ll explain the details below.
My daughter ordered a full meal the triple bacon cheeseburger with fries and a sprite. I ordered my usual beer with a side of wedges, but the server told me I had to upgrade to a large food order if I wanted to be served a beer(been here plenty of times this was new to me) , but I agreed. When I asked for a second beer the server then said I had to order additional food to get another beer(again been here plenty of time and this is was a first). On top of that, the sever mentioned there was a limit of two drinks per hour, even though we had only been there about 30 minutes the server was already enforcing the “hour policy.”(a first for me)
Not wanting to make a big deal about it I went ahead and ordered a salad just so I could get another beer.
The rules felt inconsistent and overly restrictive compared to how heavily the restaurant promotes its beer.
Nothing against the server at all was just doing her/his job and enforcing policy. While the staff was courteous, I’ll probably come back just with the understanding that beer isn’t in the plans for me here.
