  This was terrible service all around. Normally I ignore the 2 star reviews for fast food restaurants, but now I fully understand why this location has it. I love Arby’s, but this place is trash. We went through the drive thru on a cold rainy day this evening. It was terrible. They weren’t responsive for what felt like 5 minutes. I had to say “Hello?” And they responded, but they told me to wait. Keep in mind that my window was down the whole time with rain pouring down. Ordering the food was fine, but they forgot my son’s milk. I forgot to remember they didn’t give my drink because I was focused on leaving. It took us about 10-15 minutes to get through the drive thru process and we were trapped in it with cars in front and behind us. The car in front of us left without receiving food or paying. I should have done the same!! The worst part is that when we got home, we had to reheat our ham sliders and the fries (curly and crinkle cut) were cold and soggy. The ONLY thing they did right was the mozzarella cheese. I am also upset because of all days this was a day my son was supposed to try a new meal because he eats the same food on repeat and he was excited to give this place a chance. So now I have to deal with that mayhem—rant over. Never going here again.

  Ordered door dash, didn’t send any sauces and didn’t put hardly any sauce on my beef and cheddar. Didn’t send the bronco berry with the jalapeno poppers…
