- BBBuff BballMar 15, 20261.0Whoever the snotty manager is, who was on duty on 15 March at dinner time, should be fired. She was not helping the staff, just talking and taking them away from serving customers. When I asked to talk to her, she never made eye contact and was extremely arrogant and unapologetic about the horrible wait times. 35 minutes for a combo meal is a ridiculous time to wait.

- S2Stitch 21Jul 6, 20202.0The Blizzards were good but the service was pretty bad, at around 3:59pm on July 6th were these 2 ladies. I dont have their names because they were not wearing name tags, they were both on their phones watching a video while my sister and I were standing at the cashier stand waiting for them to notice us, it took 5 mins for them to notice. One had black hair with red streaks and the other wore glasses with short brownish blonde or gray streaked hair. Please fix this issue, thank you
