  If zero stars were an option....I would choose that. Staff is extremely slow. Food service takes forever. We waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes before they even took our order. I dont know what is happening in there but they need serious help. I have never had great service at this location. Don't come here unless you have a lot of spare time to kill. I have written this entire review while still waiting for my food in the drive thru line with another car still in front of me. And 2 behind us. I hope they arent in a hurry.

  Store hours are wrong online. Wasted my time driving 25minutes out of my way just to be told they closed 1minute ago! Says drivethrough is open until 11pm it’s 10:01pm! Get your shit together 🥰

  We came in for the buy one get for .99 (for the month of April) and they had no idea how to do it. I have the app and they said it could 24 hours to get the coupon, after calling their manager on the phone for 10 minutes. They couldn’t comp the ice cream or even give us a discount. We won’t be back

  Extremely disappointed in the mini blizzard I received through the drive-thru. The blizzard was below the rim usually at all other locations it's above. Paid the most for the worst blizzard I've ever received. Their answer well that's what you get. Dairy Queens are few and far between but if this one goes under much deserved.

  My god where do I start. Took 45 minutes to get our food. But here’s the kicker. We got our blizzards in the first 10 minutes. And then proceeded to sit for another 35 minutes for our food. Guess what? food wrong. No fries. Not toast. But could I get my money back? No. Could I get the money I spent wasting gas sitting in the drive thru? No. Now I have warm ice cream and cold food. I really hope everyone that has anything to do with this Dairy Queen has a horrible life. What on gods green earth is wrong with this place. I would love for a refund. And someone to come clean my truck floors because of the melted icecream that is an hour old at this point. Not a single napkin insight for our icecream soup. No wonder their tip jar is empty and I’m sure they all complain about getting paid more than minimum wage when they can’t even do the minimum. Do better.
