We didn’t receive any of the correct sauces for 3 orders (they were completely different ones, maybe they got put in the wrong bag?) and then we asked for extra ice on our drinks and one of them had no ice at all🥲despite the ticket labeling otherwise. Usually would be no issue, i’d just use sauce and ice from home but we were eating on the go. It’s just too pricey to be messing up like this, and we would appreciate a refund.
