  I ordered a #1 and asked for beef instead of chicken. Got my order and it was chicken. Went back to get order replaced and this is what they gave me! So basically I got a salad with a touch of beef! Terrible

  Im really gonna crash out and do sum if you guys dont fire the girls that work drive through keep playin with me they mess up my order one more time the building aint gonna have no more windows yall gonna have to board the whole thing up and shut the business down yall dont care about the community ima do the community a favor

  Very horrible horrible service why are all your workers so slow like i get we all go through stuff but if you know your gonna be out of it don't even come to work the girls working drive through look like a whole mess cant ever get orders right always looked rush like it doesnt matter how fast you get the food out to me if the orders never right take the time to listen and take the time to get the order right theres no point in making time or trying to rush because you have a timer ive worked drive through before in high school i was always able to take orders and get it out in time but theres no use in making time if your never getting your orders right these lil highschoolers needa focus on school you can't even work a simple job like drive thru you shouldnt be working at all. Quality over quantity would you rather have 15 costumors leave on time with incomplete orders or would you rather have 15 costumors who get held up in a lime but still leave with everything they ordered the way they ordered it. Its not rocket science you boutta make me come in there and show yall how to do your job

  Their night shift crew is the absolute worst. They have multiple items on their menu that they say they are no longer selling or no longer have. Which is false advertising because it’s on their menu board, website, and DoorDash. They don’t provide the meals you ask for, or get your order correct but refuse to give a refund or correct it at the window. Completely unprofessional and I will be taking my experience to corporate. 2 stars only for the fact that the day crew is so kind.
