  I originally pulled through to the first lane which ended up being a mobile order pickup lane only. They told me I would need to drive all the way back around to the other lane to place an order. I thought it was kind of funny since I knew what I wanted and all I did was drive around to a separate intercom to place an order…with the same dude on the speaker. Anyways, so I placed my order and got up to the window and paid. As the guy was handing my card back to me, I remembered that I forgot to get three extra containers of nacho cheese. So I asked him if he could just ring three up and I’d pay for them right then. He turned to who I’m assuming the on duty manager was at the time and asked him. He leaned over and gave me my order and told me that I would have to drive all the way back around, again, to place that order. Nobody was in line behind me, or even at the intercom placing an order. What is going on here??

  Went here to get a quick bite to eat. I only had cash and they are asking for Excat change. Been going here for a while and they haven’t ever asked me that’s not going here agains. Lost a regular customer.

  Had a problem with delivery order and the crew took great care of me after I called to explain what was going on with the door dash driver.

  Honestly, not super pleased with the customer service. The food is what you would expect from Taco Bell, But that's not what I'm leaving the review for. I didn't notice that the second drive-through lane was only for mobile orders, which is fine, but the employee on the speaker gave me attitude about it and then when I pulled into the drive-through lane, she just sounded super annoyed and cut me off when I was trying to give her my order. I'm no stranger to working in fast food, I know that it can really suck sometimes, But you must also understand that what might seem obvious to you is not always obvious to the customers. Many fast food restaurants these days have two drive-through lanes and if one of them is only for mobile orders, that's completely fine, but acting annoyed, getting rude and cutting me off when I'm trying to order only hurts your reputation with customers. It hurts the store and brings less people, especially when people read reviews like this. So I write this review, not as an angry rant, but just to document what I experienced, and hopefully the managers of this Location can see it and address it with their employees. Hopefully, this can be a learning experience.

  I usually just use the drive thru. But this is definitely my favorite Taco Bell in my area. I may pass 1 taco bell that is closer to me and come here instead. I am never disappointed with my order and I love the app.
