    TERRIBLE ATTENTION! I’m supposed to order a meal to eat here and they ask me to put the board number to identify the table and not at all because they leave it in the box and they don’t take the order to the table. IT DOESN’T MAKE SENSE! So why do they offer that service! By the way, my food got cold and my ice cream melted! NEVER COME TO THIS RESTAURANT! HORRIBLE THIS ATTENTION!

    Needless to say I will not be coming back to this McDonald's ever. They got my order wrong and overcharged me for a double QPC w/bacon when I wanted a single patty. Called them immediately and was told to come in for a full refund, but when I came back less than a hour later, I got attitude from the manager and she proceeded to only refund the amount of the meat or price of a small fry. Having worked with this chain before, this is not what you are supposed to do. Been to this one for years, but I'm not coming here if that's how you treat customers. Not to mention how long it took to get the food. Do better!

    Went for new Mario Galaxy Happy Meal and toys because it's opening day as advertised. Store said, "We have them in the back but our GM said not to sell them until tomorrow." That's not fair because it's advertised on the app AND on the menu screen. So to the GM - I'm sure you have your reasons, but why bro....why? The Galaxy awaits.

    I've lived in Kaysville basically my whole life so I can safely say I genuinely cannot remember the last time they got an order of mine right. I'll be honest, It's not that big of a deal, It's not gonna ruin my day or anything, but it is pretty funny and I do get a good laugh most times! Partially because I'm never ordering a lot either, it's just like a single sandwich or something. To be fair, I really don't eat here that often, so maybe I'm the problem or I'm not clear enough on my order or something. Who knows. Anyways, this is a very first world problem, and I do hope that this doesn't cause any of the great employees who I've talked with any trouble! I just thought I would share since I got a prompt for a review! God bless! :)
