  Worker wouldn’t do the build your own luxe cravings box because I didn’t order it online. Had to go all the way through the drive through to then order from my phone, because a worker has no level of customer service. Taco Bell you need to fix your crap.

  I’ve been to several taco bells in the area but this one continuously manages to get my order either completely wrong or puts in little effort. I’ve ordered the fiesta cheesy potatoes at other taco bells several times, and they always come fresh and the packaging always full. Every time I order them at the Kaysville area, they are underfilled and unfresh. My taco was also half chicken when I ordered full steak. 🫩

  Writing this review as we currently sit in the drive thru for the second time today because we pulled into the wrong drive through lane. The man told us not to back up (there was no one behind us) and to sit and wait to then go through the whole line and turn around and get into the correct line. We didn’t realize we had pulled into the mobile orders only lane so while we waited we placed a mobile order to try to speed things up. When we finally got to the window (15 minutes later) we told them we had a mobile order. The man told us to turn back around and go back through the drive thru through the mobile orders lane….huh? So since we already paid for food (silly of us) we drove all the way back around and are waiting again. Save yourself your sanity and just avoid this location all together!!!

  On 12-20-25 at approximately 8:00 pm .. I entered this particular Taco Bell located at 313 w 400 n Kaysville Utah 84037 to place an order .. even though the drive thru was open I personally like to walk in and see who’s handling my food .. I am very thankful that I did.. one of the employees, described as a white male early 20’s , 5’7-5’9”!approx 150 lbs with a long scraggly , patchy beard .. long tangled unkept hair wearing a filthy black hoodie.. ( it appeared to have some sort of animal hair on it ) while very loud offensive and profane wrap music played in the background , this employee was coughing and hacking loudly and even began to brag about it to his other employees ? . During this time my back was to the counter while scrolling through the digital menu .. It seemed as if the employee was intentionally trying to offend me for some reason.? The final straw came when the employee began to intentionally cough and hack into the air and towards another male employee and near the food about to be handed out to the unaware person in the drive thru.. the employee made no attempt to cover his mouth and then began to loudly describe the color and consistency of the phlegm coming out ! . No words were exchanged between myself or any employee and I promptly left the store and will never return .. I wanted to warn the customers in the drive thru about the extremely sick and just plain disgusting individual handling their food that they are going to pay a lot of money for ..the store hasn’t been open very long and it’s a nice store on the outside .. I can’t wait for Elon’s robots to take over the fast food business.. Caveat Emptor - Latin for ( Buyer Beware - the buyer alone is responsible for checking the quality and suitability of goods before a purchase is made.

  Dylan the manager will not take an order for two slushies at the window. Also they would not take our order because we pulled in the wrong drive thru when we got to the window they were three people just talking. Dec 18 2025
