Pulled up to the drive through and the voice was AI but sounded real saying I’ll be right with you (or something like that) and I said okay.. didn’t hear back from a REAL worker for several minutes and MY GOD people I was waiting over 25 minutes for 2 items with only 1 yes you read that right ONE car ahead of me and apparently they only have ONE WORKER working the counter and drive through. Took several more minutes with them goofing off and someone peaked around the CORNER and walked off?

We decided to stop in at Arbys in Kaysville to eat before we headed home. Great food and absolutely OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! Eathan took our order and he was so awesome. He was happy from the moment we walked in to when we walked out i have been to so many restaurants and I honestly have never been so pleased to see a young man with such great customer service. He honestly deserves so much more then a great review.

I generally like Arby's, but this location is disappointing. As noted by another review, the quantity of meat on the sandwich is less than other locations. I purchased the Steakhouse Brisket sandwich and there was hardly any meat.
On top of that, I waited at the drive thru window for 15 minutes, but somehow the sandwich was cold.
