    we showed up at the drive-thru at approximately 10:00 p.m. there was still an hour to go.nobody came to the speaker and when we slowly drove by the window to see if someone was there they turned off a light and were in a group talking. nor will we be in the future.

    This experience was so bad! We ran to McDonald to get some quick food to take home. Big mistake. My husband got back with the food but we were missing all the fries and sauces. He had asked before he left if he had everything and was assured he did. So back he went to get the forgotton food. The worker wanted him to take the cold fries that were in the bag still on the counter by drive through. While he was still there we discovered that the chicken sandwiches were all spicy, which we hadn't ordered. So something else he had to wait for. We won't bother with McDonalds in Hyrum again.

    Usually it's fine when people mess up my order but they gave my grandma with diabetes a regular dr pepper and they forgot our fries it's just annoying when it happens everytime we go
