Cute place with decent portion sizes and prices. Food wasn’t all that great though. We had a larger group that got different things from chicken fried steaks, hurricane sandwich, fish and chips, burgers, to breakfast items and all of us were not thrilled with each of our dishes.
Stopped by for a breakfast before hiking, our server Caroline had great service and the food was great, HUGE portions so be ready for that, would def recommend if ur in the area
Amazing place. I honestly didn’t expect much when I came here for lunch. The area doesn’t look very touristic, and from the outside the place isn’t very impressive. But as soon as you step inside, the feeling completely changes.
The interior is great- classic American style, with plenty of seating. Not loud music!!!The staff are very welcoming and friendly. And the best part is the menu and the food. There’s a huge variety of dishes, including vegetarian options.
I’ve visited a lot of places both famous and less known but here you can truly find everything you want.
It’s not one of those places with a small, boring menu where everything tastes the same. Here, you actually have to think about what to choose because there are so many options. And the food tastes really good not oily, not overly spicy just well-balanced, with something for everyone.
Highly recommend this place. I honestly wish there were more spots like this in the USA
We were seated before a large party . And the server took their order first . Everyone was rude and didn't want to be there . The food was horrible . They claimed to be out of some of the things we wanted to order . I doubt it was true . Even though I asked for my burger to be well done it was still pink . And had no seasoning on it . Don't even try asking for more napkins beacuse they are going to ignore you .

I ordered the Southwest Burger with Fries, and an Oreo Milkshake. The burger is cooked well, the onion rings are perfectly crispy, the bacon is crispy and delicious, and the bbq sauce is really good, but did become a bit excessive by the end. If you get it with lighter sauce, it'll be spot on. The fries are well-seasoned and crispy. The milk shake is more milk than shake, so if you like your milkshakes to be more of a drink than shake, then you'll love it. I prefer a thicker shake personally. My buddy said the Kickin' Tri-tip Sandwich was the best he's ever had. There's so much on the menu to try that I'll be back to find my favorites.
The service was good. Our server was nice and helpful. I struggled to track her down for a refill, but once I did, she hooked me up.
Rooster Run Cafe has a super cool diner vibe, with a few TVs playing different sport channels. The only negative I can say of the atmosphere is the bathroom smelled like years of missed cleanings, and the citrus scenty does little to mask the fumes. Avoid the bathroom and you'll be good to go.
