  The tall gentleman with long hair & glasses working the drive thru tonight always has exceptional customer service skills! I hope his hard work & efforts are both acknowledged & rewarded! (Thursday 4/9/26 @ 8:30p.m.)

  Is not open 24 hours but for some reason they tell uber and door dash that they are. So orders come in constantly that cant be fulfilled. I've talked to uber and this is in the McDonald's end. Please fix this issue it lowers the acceptance rating of drivers making it harder for them to brake money

  Absolutely nothing good at this place. We were greeted with "what you want?" I said give us a second....walked away. Another lady came up said ..." Help you? " So we ordered .... Fries were from 5 or 6 ours ago ...limp and cold. My mother's cheese burger looked like it was from another century . I ordered a crispy chicken ranch wrap. Cold soggy and no ranch....when we pulled out of there. ..we said yep wendys from now on. Can't believe we paid so much for crap. But of course we were on a hurry....I bet the 711 food would have been so much better...I warn y'all never attempt this food. 3 rd world countries eat better

  So I came to get myself a fry and my dog a small cup of wiped cream. But the worker at the first window seemed like he hates his job and was extremely unprofessional and rude… even raising his voice at me. When I said i come here all the time and get my dog one. He then got more frustrated for some reason explaining that they don’t do that. Even after I offered to pay for it. So that being said i wont be going back to this mcdonalds..

  Cannot manage to give you the right order to save your life. Every time I go to this location I receive incorrect food and attitude from management and staff if I ask for correction. The managers have no pride in their work and it very much shows in the quality of food they put out. "Juanito" as well as the shorter female Hispanic manager on duty at 2pm on Wednesday, March 11th 2026 do not care about customer satisfaction or the face of their restaurant. If I was the owner I'd frankly be embarrassed to show my face in this community.
