- JAJessica AcostaFeb 16, 20261.0I was picking up a mobile order in the drive thru my husband had order. I arrived at the window and told to park in a spot to wait for my food. Ok, it happens. They bring out the wrong food to me. I called my husband to verify what he order. I definitely got the wrong food. I go in to let them know. They yank the bag of my hand. The employee who handed me the food original apologize. I said no big deal. I got my original order. HOWEVER! They original gave me a big platter of nuggets. I saw them put those nuggets back in their food warmer and start serving them. I did not touch the food, but that is so unsanitary to take food back and server back to the public.

At 10:41 is when I arrived at the window to pay. The lady at the window had the worst attitude. And I still waited another 5 minutes before she handed me my one chicken biscuit that I ordered. I will never visit this location for breakfast again. I hope it was just a fluke.

Takes too long, prices have gone through the roof (like most places) and quality has dropped off significantly. Recommend going to a sit-down restaurant instead.
