We stopped for breakfast and all kiosks were out of order. There was ONE person at the counter to take orders and a fairly long line. Of course it was ridiculously slow. They shouted out numbers as orders came out, but never called out our order number, so we waited even longer until I walked up and saw our order sitting there. The McMuffins and potatoes were not hot or fresh. Many condiments are kept behind the counter and the one person taking orders kept walking into the back so you could not ask for condiments. Or she was taking an order so you could not interrupt to ask for condiments. There are many terrible McDonalds in St George and Hurricane, but this is the worst.

When I order my food, I expect it at the second window. I do not want to have to pull forward and wait when there is literally no one else in front of us. Now to the food, why is my food feel and taste like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. Hasbrowns were warm at best and soggy, did not finish, egg Mc muffin was horrible, damn near cold and again tasted as it had been sitting. And to the owner, grab a pair and stop sending the poor reviews of your store a link to tell McDonald how crappy your business is. Do something about it. Clearly you your community is not in favor of your store. Do better!
