  Its honestly just sad and disappointing. I love dairy queen, its one of my favorite restraunts. Ive lived in Hurricane for 5 years and this dairy queen has been garbage since the day I moved here. Everytime I go skiing at brianhead, I have to stop at the dairy queen in cedar because you absolutley can not get good food from this location. The main problem is that the oldest worker is 13. Litterally every Single. Employee. Is a little kid. We need some better labor laws or something because I didnt even know that was legal. My order is constantly wrong, my gravy cup is always only half full, my chicken tenders are never coated in sauce evenly, there will be one drenched in sauce and soggy and then the next one is bone dry. It seems like they use cheaper ingredients as well because the chicken is always super skinny and has weird spots inside the meat. Stuff I have never experienced at thw cedar city location or any other dairy queen ive eaten at. I would love to see some changes. I would probably eat here every single day if they had good quality control and employees.

  My sister went to pick up a special order ice cream cake, the Happy Birthday was placed backwards, DAD in blue lettering was smaller than the lettering. The manager on duty was rude to the staff who went to her at our request to rectify this gross error. She rudely answered him, "Don't bother me, I'm busy." My sister was not going to leave until the manger gave the refund. Finally she grudgingly came with no apology, angrily grabbed cash from the drawer, and gave it to my sister less than what was paid. We tried to make the best of it. Later, we sang happy birthday, cut the cake, and it was NOT what he ordered...Butterfinger ice cream cake. He was very disappointed. Word of advice, check your order before leaving.

  A little pricey but the dessert was so good. The valentine cupcakes are wonderful.

  Somehow my wife and spent over $40 here (we did splurge on some shakes), still... I've been saying this a lot lately, "fast food has become twice as expensive as it used to be and tastes half as good". Our food in this last case was horrible. Order was missing items. Took a very long time. Should have sat down somewhere nicer.

  The food was awesome but the gentleman that helped us did not have very good customer service skills. I can understand if people are having a bad day but with how we were treated was not very friendly. We had just come from my family's viewing and so being treated like that made things unpleasant.
