Had one of the best customer service experiences at the drive through. I’m not sure if the receipt is correct but the name Emma L is on it and they were a breath of fresh air. Incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. I had a very large order for ice cream and they did amazing. They are exactly how all employees should be and you should have them do the relations training! And pay them as well because they are just awesome. Thank you!

Just went through for dinner and they put so much sauce on my burger that it was borderline uneatable. I would have waisted more time with these clowns to go get a refund but instead I’ll just not go here again. They were clearly trying to send a message and well, it was heard. You clearly don’t want my business so I’ll just either go somewhere lease or eat at home. Complete and total trash behavior but it’s what I can expect from a dump establishment.

Went into the Hurricane Utah location to buy an ice cream cake. Nobody acted like they knew what was going on, all employees were very young. Many of the male employees had longer hair. They were making and serving food without hair up or in a hair net.
We selected a cake and paid. We asked them write “Happy Birthday Kennedy!” They all passed the cake around trying to decide who would write on it. I told 2 employees that I would be happy to write on it if I could use the color they had in their hand. It took about 15 minutes. When we got the cake, it looked like it had been re-written multiple times. It was smeared and multiple dents were in the top of the cake. The handwriting was terrible! The service was so bad we just took the cake. We will try to fix it at home. Very disappointed that this tradition was such a bad experience.

Multiple times I’ve came here to the drive through and ordered a blizzard with chocolate ice cream. Every time they say okay then give me vanilla. When I ask them they tell me after the fact they don’t have chocolate ice cream. They never ask if vanilla is ok and when I ask them to remake something else they brush it off or act annoyed.
