    Been a while since I have had Arby's, did was just like I remember. Value menu pricing felt just like old times. Very empty. Learning about Arby's sauce shortage was a sad surprise. Sounded like some potential kitchen staffing/management dysfunction.

    Slow slow slow, you like slow, 30 min wait for food!! tried to eat in and online orders and driver thru were being priority.. first come first served!! Get it right!!

    The staff are very polite, there is absolutely no question about that. But I got the wrong sandwich when I ordered, which isn’t that big of an issue, the bigger problem that really annoyed me is that they ask customer to pull forward and wait for their food… but there’s only one lane, so nobody behind that car can leave. Having them pull ahead makes zero sense unless everyone else can leave. And also, it’s not like there was a huge line, it was just me, so they didn’t free space up on the speaker. Really just bizarre and annoying because I didn’t know what the hell was going on, I just thought this guy was being a jerk and eating in his car or something.

    My family stood at the front counter for over 5 minutes and never had a person come to take our order. Several times we had employees look our way and refuse to acknowledge we were there. No greeting, no we will be with you in a moment, nothing. We left and went to Wendy's where we were actually greeted and served.
