  The toaster was broken, they were out of several items, and the boy helping us was rude and said he didn't get paid enough for this, after he had gone out of the food zone threw the kitchen and into the gas station twice while wearing the same pair of gloves and I asked him to change his gloves before we contuine making the sandwiches and he then said I'm refusing you service. First that is unsanitary to touch anything but food with the gloves, second he should know to change the gloves if anything like doors, something from the gas station or your face is touched. We had 4 sandwiches ready for toppings, and he got offended because I asked him to change his gloves.

  I ordered on Italian herbs and cheese. None. I asked for toasted. Not! All off the toppings looked wilted and old. I didn't put what I wanted on it because they looked terrible. Also they mangled my bread. White because they didn't have the one I wanted. Worst sandwich I have received from this store

  A member of our family has an allergy to lettuce. I told the workers about this and stressed that NOTHING could even touch the lettuce. They did an AMAZING job of taking this into account when making our sandwich platters. They changed gloves, washed the boards, labled all the boxes and even put sandwich paper in between the lettuce box and the other veggie trays. My family and I were so impressed by their attention to detail and caring for our family member. We will definitely use them again for our catering needs! Great job!
