    So slow!!! We ordered ahead on the app and when we got there it wasn’t even on the tv! I had to remind them when the order was ready! They also said we make the food when you get here so… WHATS the point or ordering ahead? I will most likely not come in a while.!

    If You can avoid this Wendy’s, do it! I do not recommend going here. I waited in the drive-through line for 30 minutes. The person taking my order did not speak English, so it was extremely confusing and time-consuming to explain my order. Once I got to the window, I was handed the wrong order and charge double. I tried my best to explain what my order was to the lady, but she just kept handing me random food because she didn’t understand what I was saying. There were several cars in line behind me, all of which ended up leaving because of the wait time. Oh, and the best part is while waiting for my order to be fixed, the lady repeatedly yelled at the other workers and was extremely extremely rude to them when they were just trying to help because she didn’t speak English! Talk about awkward!

    It’s incredible how they can both take 20 minutes to make your order while also getting it wrong every time. It’s truly mystical, magical, how bad this Wendy’s is.

    The food is always solid, but I've never had a slower Wendy's experience. They seem to always be backed up in the drive thru, make you wait for simple items, and even forget your order entirely sometimes
