I got confused by the two different Domino's website interfaces and forgot to schedule my order for the next day like I wanted. When I called the store to fix the order, Boston was lovely. He couldn't shift my order to be picked up the next day because I used a gift card, but he was able to get my gift card refunded and we made another order for the next day on a different card. He was very kind and patient and was very reassuring as I tried not to panic that I messed up a pizza order. Very professional and excellent customer service. Bless Boston! <3
