When I pulled up to the window the employee seemed annoyed from the start — when I asked for extra fry sauce she acted reluctant to get it, came back without saying anything, and overall just seemed irritated with me even while taking payment. When I got home, one of the salads didn’t even have dressing and had almost no toppings besides the steak. For the price you pay here, I expect better quality and at least the basics to be included. I usually love Cubby’s, but this visit was a let-down and left a bad impression. Hoping this was just an off day and that things improve.

Unfortunately, we’ve stopped going because of the manager. She’s a shorter woman with glasses, and she’s extremely cold. Whenever we’ve asked a simple question or used our military discount, she’s acted as though we’re inconveniencing her or somehow clueless. It creates such an uncomfortable environment that it’s no longer worth the visit. The food and atmosphere are great, but the customer service from management has unfortunately driven us away.
