  They always get the food wrong. It’s kind of shocking to see what they do get right. I’ve tried asking a question at the window in the drive thru and they slammed the window shut and ignored me. If you want Wendy’s go to the south Jordan location because they don’t ever mess up my order there.

  After several very disappointing experiences lately, I was in a pinch and this Wendy’s was the easiest option for grabbing dinner for my family and I on my way home. The last few time I have been to this location, the female that takes orders in the drive through has been very short, more than verging on rude. Last time I was there I actually tried to nicely explain to her how she was coming across, and she seemed to listen. Tonight’s experience was no different. Rude, short, rushed….. and to top it off, my order was completely wrong. Trying to call the location is pointless, because the phone number does not even allow you to reach anyone. The idea of driving back to the location, well, at $4 a gallon for gas, it was not going to happen. To the owner, here is your opportunity to make this right. Respond to me with a way for me to get my hard earned money back, and this review will get changed, and I will continue to frequent your business. Or don’t.

  Very rare i leave reviews Waited 30+ mins for the food along many others outside waiting The food was awful cooked horribly and thrown away.

  They forgot my order. I was the only person in there. 15 minutes after I ordered I went up and asked if they forgot it, they didn't acknowledge what I said, they just threw my food in a bag, handed to me and said "sorry for the wait".

  I went to Wendy’s not to long ago and I will say the customer service was very disappointing. Your employees Brooklyn and Dorthy were very disrespectful to me and my buddies . Calling us curse words after they refused service to us. We tried to go through the drive through afterwards and they fat shamed us and said very negative things. I am very disappointed and hope these two learn some respect.
