  I’ve never had such a terrible drive-thru experience in my life, and that’s saying something. The late-night crew here is an absolute disaster. It felt like I was bothering them just for pulling up to order. No greeting, just attitude right from the speaker. The employee taking my order was rude, impatient, and straight-up disrespectful. They kept cutting me off, sighing loudly, and talking to me like I was stupid for asking basic questions. It honestly felt like they were trying to start an argument instead of do their job. When I got to the window, it somehow got even worse. No eye contact, no “thank you,” nothing—just a cold, annoyed stare and a tone that made it clear they couldn’t care less. The whole interaction felt hostile for no reason at all. If this is how the late-night crew treats customers, management seriously has a problem on their hands. People come through late at night expecting quick, decent service—not to be treated like garbage. I won’t be back, and I’d warn anyone else to avoid this place unless you’re ready to deal with some of the worst customer service imaginable. Im in customer service i would neverr.

  Most tacobell are 2.5 stars the nice manager made it 4 I enjoyed it.

  Been here a handful of times and they do not give sauces. Either none or 3 at max and typically wrong sauce all together. 2 packs per item should be the minimum
