  Today we bought 5 hamburgers via the drive-thru; when we got home, there were only 4 burgers, and the fries were all scattered at the bottom of the paper bag. This isn't the first time this has happened. What terrible service!

  Missing my spicy and the service was horrible, and the wrapping was bad.

  Went through the drive-thru which was not busy at the time. The order taker was very slow taking my order but pleasent. Pulled up and paid. I got my drink then they had me pull up to the "wait " window. I waited while 3 other cars got their food which isn't a big deal but once I got home... well. The fries were cold and wimpy, stacked on top of my chicken sandwich and on top of all of it was my burger I'm a box which consequently smashed everything. Burger and chicken sandwich were thrown together sloppily and had to be fixed when I got home. Not sure what happened here or if it's just a one off but this used to be the best location around. Hope it gets better.
