  UPDATE 12/3/2018: I am adding two stars to my below review. Ordered delivery from this location tonight and food was perfect. The sandwiches were made correctly and we got everything that was ordered. To me that is worth the addition of one star. The delivery was incredibly fast, one might have even called it Freaky Fast. Order was placed at 7:23 and delivered at 7:37. Definitely worth the second star. I’m hoping this becomes the norm for this location. I’ll amend my review again next time we order. We order delivery from this location regularly (2 times per week) and in the last couple of months the quality has taken a nose dive. The orders are consistently wrong ranging from items not being delivered to entirely wrong items being delivered. We usually either let it slide or call them and they take care of it depending on how big the mistake is. This evening we ordered 2 sandwiches. One was a #5 and the other a #17. The #5 is an Italian, we received a plain turkey and cheese. Not even in the same ballpark. The #17 ended up being close to a #5 but was not made correctly. When I called in to let them know, Paul told me that they were really busy. I can understand that, but this sort of thing happens all the time recently. Doesn’t matter if an order is placed Tuesday at 4pm or Friday at 6:30pm. In the last two months, we’ve had more “problem” deliveries than successful ones. I’m writing this review with the hope that it will have the management work on some quality control practices with their employees. It shouldn’t be that hard to read an order and make it that way regardless of how busy it gets. I’ll gladly amend my review if things improve. If not, we’ll start taking our business elsewhere.
