  Where do I even start I called and they ignored me then when they did finally pick up they pretended they don’t hear me and hung up then I called again and they were like sorry we’re closed it’s 11:00 it says 1 am, the food I’m sure was messed with from the looks of it when we got it and they basically just threw it at me I understand it’s late and everyone would like to go home but ITS YOUR JOB this was horrible I can’t even explain I was in a pinch late night trying to grab food cuz I got off late as well it’s ridiculous this place gone here before and they just close things down when they don’t feel like working whoever the General Manager of the store is should be ashamed

  Only person in line but still waited a decent minute for my food. I figured with the wait, at least the food would come out warm or fresh but nope. Fries were cold, even though we specifically asked for them to be crispy. The burger patty was cold to the touch, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. Honestly disappointing. I guess this is what I should’ve expected from a 2.6 star restaurant. I really hope management starts reading these reviews and puts some effort into improving quality and service. Being the only customer, I expected at least warm food

  For the store in Herriman, their system always have problems scanning offers with their apps. It almost seems like they really dom’t want to honor offers or deals from their app. Sometimes i do encounter cashiers that doesn’t speak english at all. Hard to communicate.3

  I got a spicy chicken sandwich in a combo with no tomato I received extra tomato on my sandwich and that wasn't all I received and uncooked chicken Patty I found out after the first bite it was still pink all the way through and bleeding I'm so disgusted I knew something wasn't right when it was chewy this was awful and I won't be back Corporate need to intervene for this location to be successful i won't be back anytime soon

  I was super disappointed! Made the mistake of going to this location for dinner waited 20 minuets for someone to take my order and when it finally came my turn the girl (Daniela) didn’t even speak English! Because of the lack of understanding she messed up our order three different times. Talked to other customer’s and they were dealing with the same thing! Also come to find out a group of teen boys came in asking for a free meals cuz they was poor AND SHE GAVE THEM FREE MEALS! While waiting for my order, the other customers and I were all clumped by the counter cuz she didn’t ask for any of our names so none of us knew whose order was who’s. And when they were confirming orders they only spoke Spanish so none of us knew what was going on it didn’t help that we specifically asked for dine in and they threw everyone’s order in a bag and that the orders kept getting messed up. Finally got to sit down and eat our food and they start singing loudly to their personal music in the back so me and my family couldn’t even sit down and enjoy each other. SO DISAPPOINTED! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!
