    This is literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve eaten at. Fries are always dry and hard. Buns are always dry and hard. The food quality overall is terrible. I would give it 0 out of 5 stars if I could. I usually love Wendy’s, but I refuse to eat here anymore. Some of the worst food I’ve ever had.

    Ordered a chili with out onions and cheese. They put onion and cheese in it. Then as I was trying to pick them out there was a hair in it.

    Wendy's is one of my favorite locations for nuggets and fries, but I was disappointed with this location. I went in at 9:30 last night and stood at the register for a few minutes with the employees ignoring me. My order didn't get taken until a manager told one of the employees to take it. I ordered a 10 pc combo with a frosty, and they were out of chocolate, one of their two base flavors. When they gave me my order, it was just a 10pc with fries, last I checked, that's not a combo. I had to go back up to the counter and ask for the frosty that I ordered. I dined in, their was not one, but two alarms that were beeping in the back the entire time, incredibly annoying. I went into the bathroom, it wasn't bad, except there was blood in the sink... I will not be going back to this location at least not until there is a change in management and the employees learn to do their job.

    I was regularly going to this Wendys since all the others mess up your order, this is one is just slow. But not anymore. Now they're slow AND they get your order wrong! Ordered a $11 small spicy chicken combo, got a very small and very stale bready kids meal. I know they pay their employees dirt but I don't have the tolerance to keep getting wrong orders. The franchise owner needs to take care of their employees and educate them the problems with casual mistakes leading to loss of regular customers.

    Went here on my lunch break and had to wait over 10 minutes for them to take my order as the only person in their lobby. Several employees made eye contact and did not offer to help until I asked if I could be helped. When they finally took my order I waited over 15 minutes, reminder I'm on my break so I'm on limited time, and my food still has not even been started as the only person who had ordered in the lobby. When I asked about an update they looked surprised I didn't get my food and at this point I had to leave to go back to work. Employees were obviously arguing too, did not prioritize customer service at all since there was someone else who had been waiting for a DoorDash order to take before I came in and were not helpful. At the end of the day I didn't get my food and have had issues wirh this location not giving me my full order previously and have only continued to come back because they are a cheap alternative to the food close to my work but after this I am severely annoyed. Would give 0 stars if I could.
