Poor food, poor service, incorrect and missing items, rude people uninterested to assist but yell and disconnect the calls, failure to understand that orders are placed through the taco bell app, redirected to the delivery service who says to call taco bell since they are the ones who fulfilled the order incorrectly, then told that they cannot help with sending the items again nor place a refund for the order because the order was placed through the app. Called other location who told me that the big boss Melissa would call me, Melissa called to tell me that they could not do anything to place a complaint with the taco bell app. This was a waste of time I had to call the taco bell hotline to get assistance.

I got a Cantina Chicken Bowl. Half rice, 5 black beans, sprinkle of wilted lettuce, 3 tiny drops of sour cream, no avocado salsa packet, 3 shreds of red cabbage, 5 shreds cheese, a tiny drop of guacamole. Bought chipotle sauce for 40 cents but wasn't even half full. Got 5 tacos and 5 burritos. Asked for a lot of hot sauce (got 4 packets) and mild sauce (got 3 packets).

Cada vez que visito este taco bell, las personas pareciera que no les gustará trabajar, siempre tengo que esperar entre 30 a 45 minutos, muchas personas paradas sin hacer nada, dando vueltas, necesitan mejorar eso rápido
I have tried two days days in a row to order at the drive thru for breakfast and not even one person said anything to take my order so I left it is absolutely horrible that this location is open
TACO BELL – EXTREMELY RUDE AND RACIST EXPERIENCE
After a long day, I decided to grab dinner at Taco Bell instead of cooking. I placed my order and, when I got to the window, I asked to add a few more items. The cashier told the staff in the back about the additional tacos, and I could clearly hear them bad-mouthing me.
When the cashier gave me the updated price, I said, “Wow, that’s too much for all that—I’ll just stick to my original order.” (For context: from the moment I pulled up—only one car ahead of me, no one behind me—to placing my order and changing it, less than two minutes had passed.)
That’s when I heard one worker say, “and it’s a Mexican lady,” and another reply, “well then tell her, does she want to still add on to it, si or no.”
Shocked and upset, I handed the cashier my money in silence. My kids, who heard everything, were just as stunned. I finally said, “You know what, can I just get my money back? This is crazy.”
A manager named Terra came to process the refund. When I asked for her name, she dismissively said it and walked away, adding, “Oh, here’s a bad review,” clearly not caring about the racist comments or what had just happened.
Well Terra here is that bad review. And just for your staffs information who wanted to be racist yes I’m part Mexican but I was born here in the United States so yes I do speak English clearly.
