He proceeded to short me change and gave me 30 cents, I told him about the mess up and he asked how much was missing and i said 18 cents he then gives me 15 cents and said sorry he had to round up. In what world does that make sense. We got our drinks and i asked for no ice in mine and he put ice in it anyways. Definitely been to better taco bells elsewhere. Edit: to top it all off the chips we got were incredibly stale with all the other BS

I ordered a cheesy Bean and rice burrito and added sour cream yet I did not get any sour cream and there was barely any nacho cheese. The burrito was dry. I also ordered flatbread mini and asked for no chicken…. They put a lot of chicken in it, and there was so much sauce in it. It was too messy to eat. I also ordered a cheese quesadilla and when I opened it, the entire quesadilla was smashed into the inside of the package, Barely any sauce and only one eatable piece. I also ordered the chips and cheese supreme, yet I only got chips and cheese. I come here often, and the food is very underwhelmingly made, I Have hopes that every time I go the next time it will be better. That has Yet to happen.

My order is always correct and the customer service is amazing. The staff on the overnight shift are always personable, make me laugh, and go above and beyond.
