Noticed my modified orders werent marked and that i was missing an item so i brought it back in. I went back in and the manager Deann on shift didnt acknowledge anyone in the lobby, was talking to another customer very inappropriately when he said he was missing something in his order he said he was missing his cinnabons and her response was basically accusing him of lying instead of “ im so sorry sir let me get those for you “. She was also rude to the door dash people as well that were waiting very patiently. When it came to my turn being helped not only was she being very rude to me but she was talking down on her staff as well, and the young gentleman trying to help her figure out my order. She should not be a manager there if thats how she speaks to employees and customers, her job requirement is literally customer service and she had none. The fact that I had to tell her to stop talking to her staff in that way and she even acknowledged it by saying “ i know but… “ was very upsetting. No employee deserves that regardless of where they are working.
