I come to this McDonald's all the time! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and get the food out quick. (When it's not busy) One of my concerns is the sanitation of everything. Whenever I go inside, there are wrappers and crumbs everywhere. I saw a janitor inside the building surrounded by things to be cleaned, and he was on his phone. This made me feel like my food may have been somewhere that was not sanitized or even partially cleaned. I went to breakfast with my friends at 9 in the morning and there was trash everywhere. It looked as if the place wasn't cleaned the night before. Another thing is that the self serving soda machine is not there. It had been there for all the 9 years I have lived here, but the past two ish years it just hasn't been there. Other than that I enjoy coming here with my friends, but I definitely will not be coming as often.

It was really disappointing because normally you get a well-made sundae. I stopped by the drive-thru to grab something for dinner, and the girl who handed me my bag almost dropped it, like she was upset or having a bad day. After a few minutes eating in my car, I decided to order a sundae before heading home. When I got to the window, she handed me a cup with barely any ice cream in it. It honestly felt rushed and careless, and it was a big disappointment compared to what I usually receive.

Did you know? No more self service soda fountain. You have to give the cashier your cup for them to take in the back and refill

Alejandra is terrible at customer service. She talks back every time you try and place an order. She has a terrible attitude.

Absolutely no care taken of the lobby. Messed were everywhere, no table tents were returned, and overall a very unsanitary, gross environment. And I know sometimes when it’s busy it can be hard to keep up but when I was in here there were 3 customers. All with their food. Step up your game guys I used to love this location. Service was nice but please clean up where customers eat.
