  I waited in the pickup spot for 30 minutes waiting for my order to be brought out to me. After I had realized that they had been bringing out orders for people who had been sitting there for a minute or two I went inside to check on what was going on. I had gone inside and had told them I had been waiting for pickup for 30 minutes and would like to know what was going on with my food. After a minute or they found my food just sitting there waiting. When I got it back to the car and got home all the food was cold and made me even more upset.

  I'm not sure what it is, but customer service here is different. They have a lot of action in the back and like 80% of the time I'm missing food items. I feel like they need two designated people up front to avoid unnecessary busyness. Especially now that they have no refill station up front. Other than that the cleanliness is a 8/10.

  They ran out of Monopoly pieces on all the most popular items on wooden substitute Monopoly pieces on those items once they ran out of the packaging. All I got was a sorry we can't help you even though I had placed my order specifically just to get Monopoly pieces I ordered things that should have them on them and they didn't even try and make it better.

  I’ve been here MANY times and this few weeks I’ve gone to this McDonald’s right next to my house, 4 times in a row I’m not joking they have forgot my start every single time 🤦 I don’t make a big deal over something if it happens once sometimes twice, but 4 times? In a row to. It’s like whoever’s working there doesn’t do their job to put straws in the bags. I mean it’s not hard right? I’ve never worked fast food but come on. Usually this location is okay service and okay food sometimes great. But past 2-3 weeks it’s been awful. I’ve actually spilt sooo much drink on my self since I’ve had to drink out of the top, so hopefully this store locks in cause imma start not going here

  Honestly I go here for the experience. The first time I went I had to perform the Heimlich on a kid who was choking on his food. The second time I went a lady was flipping out about her French fries and filming the manager saying she would put him on Tic-Tock. After the manger fixed the issue the lady came back again and the girl behind the counter told her to sit down. The crazy lady then asked her if she wanted to throw hands to which the employee said, are you threatening a minor. Cops almost got called but the lady scurried away with her kids in tow. Can’t wait to see what incredible experiences I have next time. I only go for the ice cream which surprisingly I have never had issues with. Can’t speak to the rest of the food.
