I love the idea of a locked bathroom door for clean reasons but when you are asking for attention and saying excuse me not a single employee would come help to press the button to unlock the door.
- RPRose Polzin2 days ago2.0Went through the drive-thru which was not busy at the time. The order taker was very slow taking my order but pleasent. Pulled up and paid. I got my drink then they had me pull up to the "wait " window. I waited while 3 other cars got their food which isn't a big deal but once I got home... well. The fries were cold and wimpy, stacked on top of my chicken sandwich and on top of all of it was my burger I'm a box which consequently smashed everything. Burger and chicken sandwich were thrown together sloppily and had to be fixed when I got home. Not sure what happened here or if it's just a one off but this used to be the best location around. Hope it gets better.
