  Service was amazing, they were extremely busy this morning. There were some rude people in here and the manager handled it very well. She is so sweet to the employees and customers.

  First off, I love the people that work there, they're so so sweet always. Second, I come here a few times in a while when I haven't had breakfast and have the time. I have no complaints about my last times, but this bagel I had today was literally the best bagel I've had. I get the same thing every time but this time they made it like I've never had it. Haven't been in a while so idk if this is a new permanent change to make them that delicious but God I loved that bagel. 10000/10 ‼️

  I go through the drive through here pretty often they are slow and don't have good customer service. I get the same thing every time and they have messed it up more times than I can count. Maybe something is wrong with the microphone in the drive through or maybe when they cant remember what cream cheese I want they just put plain. I do not like plain cream cheese. I have been to many other Einstein's and none is as bad as this one, I suggest if you want your bagels warm and done right that you drive the extra 10 mins and go to the riverton einsteins, they are amazing!
