  I definitely prefer lunch or brunch over dinner. There is a larger selection and the prices are more reasonable.

  My service review is based on the staff. Not all the waitresses but a few. I was having breakfast with my sister who just arrived from California, I love the Hub. The remodel is beautiful,the food is always amazing. Customer Service uh not so great. I am sorry but when you have a elderly lady literally getting sick at the table, how about offering some help, not avoiding the situation! Yes I got up before my breakfast arrived,helped her and cleaned the mess up . Only my waitress said thank you n the lady of course. Then I washed my hands ,sat down n ate my breakfast ( uh over 15 year in a hospital) In case you all get yuck from that lol. I am just saying, I didn't even see any of the staff ask if she was ok?

  Every meal I’ve had at The Hub tastes so fresh, like it’s made right at home. Tonight I tried the bolognese special and it was fantastic, but their filet mignon with chimichurri and the Cajun ribeye are always amazing and cooked perfectly every time. Maria and Melissa are my favorite servers they both are so sweet, attentive, and always have a smile on their faces. Even with a packed house tonight (prom night plus the rodeo crowd) and our party of six, everything ran smoothly. Our food came out perfectly, and we were in and out within an hour, which is seriously impressive! It was also nice to see the manager working right alongside the team, everyone was working so hard and well together. You can tell this place is run with care. Highly recommend!

  Krizten is a very good waitress, havent been here for a while and they redid the whole place inside..food was great and Krizten was very helpful and friendly…will we be back again when we come through, you bet ya we will…they made a place i visited every once in a while much better…worth it and not pushy either with your visit.

  This is the second time I tried this restaurant, but sadly, I would not recommend. Atmosphere is nice, looks good. Substandard food. Ordered eggs Benedict: I tried to like this place but the hollandaise sauce has a weird taste and consistency, eggs were cooked fine, breakfast potatoes were cold. Portions for skillets were large. Bacon was lukewarm but tasted ok. We were without water refills for 20 minutes, and food just overall not great. Toast sat for awhile as it tasted like it had been sitting awhile before it got to us. Service was fine.
