  The Hub Diner delivers exactly what good diner food should: comfort, consistency, and flavor that keeps people coming back. Every plate comes out hot, fresh, and clearly made with care. From fluffy pancakes to perfectly cooked eggs and crispy bacon, the food feels both familiar and satisfying, like a meal made the right way, While this restaurant is amazing and known amongst its close community, there is an unfortunate pattern among some of the locals that cannot be ignored, Service workers are doing their best under pressure, such as long hours,- short staffing and demanding customers yet, some people seem to forget kindness costs nothing. we’ve noticed on our visit today impatience over wait times, and dismissive tones used amongst workers. DO BETTER. !! 👏 Heber city has great potential, yet so little humility,”

  Overall very solid experience. Wait was a touch long only because it's so busy but you can tell they are working hard. The food was great for the price. Our daughters order tasted a little off and the manager came and gladly offered to replace it with another item and even removed it from our bill. We will be coming back.

  The most amazing people we are from out of town and we thought our christmas was cooked but the had the most amazing christmas buffet saving the day and let us take to go boxes thank you to all the staff and management

  We always love visiting The Hub! I had the avocado Benedict and it is always so delicious! Perfectly cooked and flavorful, with every bite hitting just right. You can tell a lot of care goes into their food. On top of that, the atmosphere is always amazing. The space is beautifully decorated for Christmas this time of year and feels warm and festive! It's the kind of place you want to linger a little longer with your coffee. 🎄✨ If you’re looking for great brunch and a cozy, holiday-ready vibe, this place is a must.

  great job! even had Luxardo Cherries in the old fashioned - classy. Mussels fresh, Tenderloin cooked perfect, crispy hot fries, etc. Simple food, done right, always deserves merit. it's too easy these days for restaurants to do a mediocre job. Good supervision and training are always the keys to success. Well done Mohammed and team.
