The staff were incredibly friendly and engaging. The store was clean inside and out. I would like to extend a special shoutout to Hiram (I hope I spelled that correctly) who serviced me via the drive-thru. I will be returning for sure!

The baristes are friendly and get your order right the first time. The competition across the street is a big downer. I stop on my way to work and on the weekends. I have been such a regular that my car is recognizable and my order is ready when I drive up! 🤦‍♀️

She always seems impatient and speaks very quickly, as if she is rushing through the ordering process every time. Today, when I tried to read her an order I found online, she was aggressive and impatient, which made me super uncomfortable and prompted me to rush through my order just to end the interaction. On a brighter note, another employee with brown hair noticed I was upset, and she offered me my drink for free. Her friendly attitude made a difference in the interaction, and I regret not asking for her name so I could thank her properly!

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
