I called Frank to try and hire this truck for our wedding, and he confirmed on the phone that he ignored two separate emails from me because it was “crazy.” We requested the truck in a completely paved parking lot up a canyon road that is also widely paved - I understand if you think it’s not a good idea for the truck, but at least email me back and don’t be so standoff-ish on the phone! I was nothing but kind in my email and call. Do better.
