- WDW D4 days ago1.0I used to love this location. They had great customer service, It has severally gone downhill. We kept giving them a second chance and this is the last. The 3 last orders we have done has been nothing but issues. They need a new GM. Won't order again. One time we got under cooked pizza, they didn't answer the phone. Second time the pizza took over an hour AND I ended up with food poisoning, spent the night in the bathroom. Decided one more time and ordered sandwiches. One was cold and soggy, but the chicken was burnt (don't know how they managed that) the other had cheese everywhere and was burnt, it was like they threw it together with a blind fold on. The sodas were warm and they had been shakin up because when we opened them they exploded. The app sucks because it wouldn't let me review on the app, so here I am. That place needs to be shut down or get different management! Just discussing!

You ask for help on the app or the same discounts you would get on the app and they are unwilling to do it. We waited on hold for over a half hour before giving up and driving to this location. When we got there the staff was too busy with their music so loud and dancing around to even do their job . When we finally did get a staff member they had no clue what they were doing. Finally got irritated enough to ask for a manager and the manager was too busy dancing in the background to even help. When she finally did come to help she said every location is the same and would not help us. We ended up walking out without ordering.
