WAY SLOW AND UNDERSTAFFED! Ordered curly fries and it took more than 15 minutes for them to just get my order. The lady in the back yelled to the cashier “I can’t handle any more orders right now”. Not well trained and not organized well to handle a normal level of demand. Wasn’t completely packed with people. Not full of drove through cars, just not able to handle orders.
If it’s a weekend rush to or from southern Utah, avoid this place.

Upon reading other reviews with my experience here, This place needs new management and new employees. I was forgotten about for over 20 minutes for a small side until my food got cold and I’ve never been treated so horrible and unprofessionally by a fast food restaurant and I’ve especially, never been denied food before at any place until I came here. I don’t recommend this place.

Im very disappointed. My family of 9 travels through about 2x a month. We normally stop here. The past 3x it has been awful. Yes, I know we have a big order, and I try to make it as easy as possible. The person taking our order was down right rude because I asked for a couple extra bags. They had weighed down our bags and fit 9 people into 2 bags. Then, as im handing out food, I notice we are shorted. We went in and asked for the rest of our food and they all but called us a liar before handing us the missing items. We had decided we weren't going to stop here anymore, and then we get on the road, and realize they didn't even give us the right sandwiches. It wasnt worth turning around and being treated like that again. Next time, when traveling douth we will.just wait until we get to beaver to stop and get food.

The gentleman at the counter greased me and did a great job taking my order. He gave me a cup so I went strait to the drink fountain. I had not finished filling my cup and they call my name. My order of 2 meal was ready! That was the fastest service I have ever had. I'm still jabbering a hard time believing it.
This was mid-day and the restaurant was busy.
Both meals where hot and delicious.
The staff did an amazing job!

bad customer service. went inside and waited for about 5 minutes to make a simple order. girl walked past register several times & made eye contact with us until i asked to take my order. shouldn’t be asking someone to do their job as a customer. she had attitude while taking our order. worked at arby’s when i was 17 and its not hard to be kind to customers. i understand a bad day but dont carry negativity to people who are wanting to enjoy their meal. thanks for the experience Jennifer.
