  Something was up with that meatball sub. Certain parts of the meatballs were dry and overcooked, so it made my sandwich really disappointing. However, since I was the only one in the building, I got my food immediately, so that has to count for something. The tables were a bit dirty, but not disgusting, just crummy. Very mid experience.

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but this location deserves it. The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. My sandwich came out exactly how I wanted and tasted great. It’s nice to see a place with good customer service 👍

  **1-Star Review: Subway – Worst Experience Yet, Complete Disaster** I’ve been going to Subway for years, and I’ve had my share of mediocre sandwiches, but what happened at this location today was next-level incompetence that actually made me angry. This is the kind of visit that makes people swear off Subway forever. Ordered a footlong Italian B.M.T. with the usual toppings (spinach, cucumber, and green pepper, mayo). Simple, standard order that thousands of people get every day without issue. What I received instead was an absolute joke: -The meat portioning was ridiculous. One half of the sandwich was almost entirely meat (salami, pepperoni, ham), while the other half was basically just cheese and a few sad scraps of meat. It looked like they used one person’s worth of protein for the entire footlong and then just piled cheese on the empty side to fake volume. I’ve never seen such blatant half-assed portioning. Then came the mayo. Holy hell. They didn’t put mayo on the sandwich—they drowned it. Both halves were swimming in so much mayo that it was literally oozing out the sides before I even took the first bite. The bread was soaked through, the vegetables were sliding around in a white sludge, and the whole thing had that gross, slippery, over-mayoed texture that turns a sub into something closer to a wet paper towel with lunch meat. It wasn’t a sandwich anymore—it was a McCum sandwich. That’s the only way to describe the slimy, excessive, pornographic amount of mayonnaise slathered on there. The worker didn’t even pretend to care about balance or presentation. No eye contact, no “sorry about that,” no attempt to fix it when I pointed out the ridiculous mayo situation and the cheese-heavy half. Just shrugged, wrapped it up, and handed it over like this was normal. I paid $12+ for what was effectively half a sandwich’s worth of actual food buried under a pint of mayo and unbalanced toppings. Threw most of it away because it was inedible—too gross, too sloppy, too depressing. This is exactly why people hate Subway in 2025/2026. You can get better, more consistent sandwiches at literally any gas station, fast food place, or local deli for the same or less money. The bare-minimum effort combined with zero accountability from the staff makes it feel like they’re actively trying to drive customers away. Never again. Avoid this location like the plague. If you’re craving a sub, go anywhere else. This place has officially killed my last shred of faith in the chain. 1 star only because 0 isn’t an option. Disgusting, lazy, and overpriced.

  I don’t know what crawled up the workers butt today (3/1/26 @3:09 pm) but she may want to go see a doctor to get it removed. Staff was extremely disrespectful! I was simply trying to ask a question and got snapped at and given attitude. If you don’t like your job go find another one, but don’t be disrespectful to customers who are just asking questions and being polite. So disappointed i didn’t even order what I was going to because of the bitchy attitude I was receiving. I hope they have the day they deserve because that was just insane. The food was good but one of the sandwiches was made wrong (probably because she was more focused on bitching me out) but it’s fine I don’t go to this location very often and I won’t be going there again if it can be avoided. I will be taking my business to the north Ogden location where they actually listen to customers speak before responding and are kind!
