So frustrating when you order a French dip sandwich and there is no French dip:-( people say “why don’t you check your order?” I shouldn’t have to!! Especially at the drive up, there are others waiting!! Very frustrating!! They had time to feed the dog ahead of us but no French dip sauce:-( We pulled forward to wait for our food and the gentleman who brought it out was very kind:-)

Despite this location being at one of the busy I-15 exits, it has consistently been some of the slowest service times I have ever had at Arbys.

horrible experience everytime I try to order a chicken bacon Swiss with no sauce or vegetables... they get it wrong and when ask to remake it the line cook yells at me for customizing the order and gets made he has to remake it, it's your job to get it right the first time not yell at the customer. I've been a line cook before and saying it's my fault you can't read is ridiculous, lost my business. get a better cook with a better attitude
