- RSRachel SummersJan 3, 20261.0Walked in waited for maybe 5 minutes before any employee was in sight one employee came walking from the back you could hear him say in his headset “there a lot of people up here” (it was us 4). Then 2 more males came walking up cleaning their mouths from eating whatever that’s fine everybody eats. The man with colored hair then proceeded to tell us the lobby closes in 1 minute (it was 8:59 pm) he could take our order but it would be to go. Aside from us waiting just for them to say we can’t eat there the restaurant itself was extremely dirty. You can tell that lobby hasn’t bean cleaned in hours.

The fries were old, mealy and inedible, and the bacon on our burger wasn't cooked at all to the point where we're concerned about food poisoning. On top of this, we waited for more than 20 minutes only to not be able to eat our food. DO NOT GO HERE.

They couldn’t stop talking about it. Love when people go the extra mile to make a good experience for customers. Also the fries were piping hot just like we like them!

The meat is so fresh here. Its always hot and fresh and the service is always superb. We have family here, so we always eat here when in town. Thanks guys!
