  Sometimes it is difficult to understand the workers over the intercoms, I ordered the #8 combo which is the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast bagel, but they gave me the steak egg and cheese bagel. I tried my best to tell them that I wanted the bacon but the guy behind the drive thru window froze as if he didn’t know or understand what I was saying. They handed me my bag anyways, I knew they gave me the wrong order, but it was not worth to change it. This location needs some help. I love this location cause it’s close to where I live, but communication with these employees needs improvement.

  They try and charge for mac sauce, personal vendetta but it was good as one could ask, im looking for exceptional for 5 start, but clean quick and as to be expected for high standard for cleanliness, for fast good wonderful at this location for service friendliness. I am not sure which location this is reviewing However, at Morgan, ut location and I didnt get a name, but she was absolutely manager material, she deserves one of those pay it forward situations for sure so ill do what I can;) I have been Mc-lovin my experience here and most the McDonald's around lately. #(butmacsauseisfreeright? Thays my only ? And concern, it has me peeved and locations that charge i cant help but automatically drop a half star #inmyopinion

  absolutely horrible staff treats you horribly there's no one ever there to take your order and today I went in and was trying to order on the tablet and it was glitching and it was like a computer screen on it so I was trying to exit out and then this horrible manager dude comes up to me and just starts cussing me out for no reason absolutely horrible ruined my day and I'm so sick of this service and so sick that he just got mad at me for no reason instead of asking me what's wrong everyone there sucks and doesn't care about anything. It's actually horrible.

  Pretty gross. Pulled up and the gal working was sitting right outside the door smoking a cigarette. Watched her take my order on her headset as she as sitting outside smoking. Then she walked back inside and handed my order to me 🤮. I could smell the cigarette smoke on my food. If you eat here, understand that the people handling your food are not washing their hands and are touching your food with the same hands that are smoking their cigarette and touching God knows what else. Reporting these violations to the city, please do the same.

  On 10/26/25 I came through the drive through to grab a quick breakfast before a long day and was met with the rudest most impatient employee I’ve ever met. I made the mistake of not knowing exactly what I wanted within 30 seconds and was essentially told to “hurry up” because there was a single car waiting behind me. Instead of being able to quickly read the menu and pick what I’d like, I was met with verbal sighs through the speaker and told it was not okay that I didn’t know what I wanted. I will not be coming back here and I will be contacting a manager. The employee appeared to be a middle aged male with an accent.
