Sour cream leaked out of my burrito all over my bag and car. They forgot to give me the chips and salsa I ordered, and the floor was sticky when I picked up my order.

This location is the newest in the area, so I haven't been here many times, but I've mostly had a positive experience. Service has been good, and orders accurate.
I have one gripe, though. Who designed this place? It's a brand new development, but the layout of the parking lot and Chipotlane drive through is incredibly awkward. Last time I was here, I had to give someone in the parking lot directions to get into the restaurant...

I eat at chipotle way too often and always tip. This one used to be really good. Now, mobile orders are always messed up and the food they do get right is skimped like it comes out of their paycheck

Giving 2 stars because this was the first time that I’ve had an issue here, but today was pretty atrocious.
The employee (I believe his name was Guy) that made our food was so obviously not sober, it was almost comical. We waited quite a while for him to take our order. When he finally did, I asked for tacos. He then looked around a little confused, disappeared into the back for a few minutes (presumably to hit his dab pen again), and finally re-emerged with a bag of tortillas. He set them down, and then spent about two minutes fidgeting with a sheet of tin foil that he couldn’t quite figure out how to tear.
When he finally got around to making my tacos, he was somehow both extremely meticulous and also incredibly sloppy. He nitpicked the placement of random pieces of meat, but also just haphazardly plopped other ingredients onto the pile. When I asked for salsa, he proceeded to put enough salsa on every single taco to go with an entire burrito, plus probably a small side of chips.
When it was time to wrap the tacos up, he mushed them together, tried to roll them like a burrito, spread them back out, wrapped them somewhat properly in the foil, realized he didn’t have enough, grabbed another sheet, tried to roll them like a burrito again, wrapped them with the new sheet, left a giant gap in the top of the wrapping so that the sauce could leak out everywhere, and then put it upside down into bag.
The whole process of making a simple order of tacos and a kids quesadilla took so long, that there were several people in line behind us who up and left. By the time I had them reassembled into an edible form, the tortillas were so soggy with salsa that they were extremely difficult to eat.

I ordered online for pickup, and I got chips and salsa but they were out of chips. I still paid for it? I should get my money back
