  We went here on 4/5/26 for Easter and we normally love Arby's but the meet was nasty! I normally love their beef n cheddar but the meet was so gross I couldn't finish it. We looked it up and read that they stopped slicing it fresh in the store and now it's frozen meet? If that's the case at all Arby's then I'll never eat there again! The staff was nice and helpful. The place could be cleaner and the table by the door need to be fixed. We went to the Arby's in Pioneer Village.

  I would give zero stars if possible. We visited on 4/5/26 and it was a miserable experience. The food quality was unacceptable: stale "cardboard" fries and off-color meat. The service was even worse; when I asked for an extra slice of cheese for my son’s bread, the employee actually argued with me, stating the "bread doesn't need cheese" before finally handing it over. To top it off, when I asked for no ice, I was intentionally given extra ice. The atmosphere was chaotic, with unsupervised staff yelling and laughing so loudly I couldn't hear my family. Between the poor attitudes and seeing an employee wipe crumbs onto the floor and windowsills with a dirty rag, I will never waste money at this location again.
