  You guys need to be more helpful with door dashers and stuff go by when the order is received not for whoever is in the store first we are timed and the longer it takes the less money we make and the angrier we will get at your employees so please figure something out

  We usually love coming to this location. However today, I’m not sure if someone was having a bad day, but i was not impressed with the attitude of the guy making our sandwiches. The guy getting bread and meat, NOT the guy doing veggies or the cashier. Not only were you rude to my kids but you snapped when my husband asked for cheese. It may not be “recommended “ but it’s what he wanted.

  Things began normally; the employee made my sandwich, I began payment—and then the employee coughed multiple times into their gloved hand, as though they had a cold. I had not seen them put on new gloves before making my sandwich, and they definitely didn't take them off after coughing (they did down a cup of green-colored drink, though, at the end of payment). I would have said something if I wasn't in a huge hurry, but I had to be to an appointment and didn't have time to return the sandwich and get a refund. The employee also didn't offer me a receipt, and not wanting to get sick from them, I wanted to get out as soon as possible. Not wanting to eat a sandwich that likely had come in contact with the employee's coughed-on gloves, I was short $10+ and had to skip a meal that day. I submitted a review on Subway's website explaining what happened—only to be told by their online system that there was a 255-character limit. And their response to my shortened message?: "Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience. I have shared your feedback with my team to help improve our service and create the best possible experience for our guests. I will coach my team on the correct procedures." Nothing about the fact that I had to waste $10 on food that was no longer safe to eat. Don't ever eat here. They don't deserve your business... unless you're okay with catching whatever their employees have.

  *Worker gets 5 starts but giving it 2 because of the management in this place* Why on earth would the managers here let someone work alone for a whole shift?!?! Jadan was amazing and had the best customer service even with being extremely busy and working alone. Been here when the Manager was there and he was AWFUL. Glad they have some good workers like Jadan. Hopefully they get rid of the manager soon so things can be better for these workers!

  Jadan was there by himself!, 2 drive thru, 7 customers in the lobby plus several online orders! Why would any manager leave 1 employee at dinner time no matter the day of the week even in Ephram, Utah. Jadan deserves a huge raise, he did his job with a smile on his face and a great attitude. As a GM of a fast food chain, I would be mortified to leave my store with lass than 2 staff.
