  Burger came out with one small strip of lettuce. Literally (see pic). Creepy, hollow environment. Nice speakers on ceiling yet so quiet you could hear a pin drop. Cold in dining room. Ketchup dispenser broken. No ketchup for fries. This was my first (and last) time here. Kinda sad cuz we were all so excited about a new joint opening up in Ephraim. Pass this one up and go to the Malt Shoppe down further in town. It is ran by locals and a better environment to enjoy.

  Cold, new age style "dining room" I wish they would ditch the computer ordering and hire people. It would add a nice touch that's personal and they could up sale the purchase, duh!

  Reviews of this location tend to be very polarizing. As someone who lives nearby, and eats here regularly this franchise is run of the mill fast food. I would say that for the most part the food I receive is above average in both price, speed, and quality, all things considered. The people making 1 star reviews complaining about wait times or forgotten items, have never worked a day in food service. For the people who are making 3 star reviews, you’re genuinely psychotic. No one should eat a burger, then say: “That was mid, I’ll take time out of my day to write a 3 star review”. Personally I find myself situation with time to kill between work, and happen to have stumbled upon the all so common 3 star page of a fast food restaurant. The point of this review is to set the record straight, the reason I choose to patronize Wendy’s over the McDonald’s across town and the Arby’s on the other side of the street. Is because the entire experience from ordering on the app, to picking up my greasy Baconator at the window, Then driving home to eat it, Is because it’s better. All around, full stop. If you order on the app, and show up around 5 minutes after placing your order. You will get your food instantly, if there is someone in line who didn’t order on the app with a large order. Often times they will bump them up a car space so you can pick up your food. Very good Wendy’s in Ephraim, you did what was reasonably asked of you Bring back the 3$ son of baconator
